AFAIK they are illagal out here. Unless you mean a good pocket blade.. I usually order mine from a surplus for officers/military. They hold up pretty well.

i checked, CA allows you to posess, but not carry. unless the law changed/or its not smog legal lol.

i was gonna get one to use in the garage because there are times i get caught in a situation where i need to cut something with a blade and cant move or i can only use 1 hand.
