Ok so today is the last day for those waiting on direct deposit payments per this link. I got mine last week but my g/f's was supposed to be in the bank today and wasn't so we'll see if it comes in the next 2 weeks.

Anyone else not get theirs today by direct deposit?

If you use a third party tax company, for example, HR Block. you will get the money via check.

I wouldn't think so. I used tax act online and filed elec in Mid Jan. I got mine last Friday. My g/f was done same way in Mid Feb, supposed to come today but nothing.

I just got this email from Turbo Tax today. This is some bullshit. What difference would it make if they took my fees out of my taxes, I still got my state and federal direct deposited. So why wouldn't I get my rebate the same way. Their explanation doesn't make sense.

Turbo Tax statement:
Recently, you may have received a letter from the IRS advising you when to expect your Economic Stimulus Payment (rebate). That IRS letter may have inadvertently left off some important information. Taxpayers who chose to have their tax preparation fees deducted from their federal tax refund will receive their tax rebate in the mail, not via direct deposit.

Our records show that you chose this payment option in TurboTax. As a result, the IRS has determined that you will receive your tax rebate in the mail. This may result in you receiving your rebate on a date later than expected.

I got my stimulus check 2 weeks ago. Bought some headers, a high-flow cat, and the necessary hardware. Can't wait to put it on. Just waiting on the gaskets to arrive.
