Damn 44k for an ss. So much for buying new. Those power options are pretty sweet thoguh.

Duh the V6 will be the direct injected version from the CTS

Base V8 will more than likely be Iron L92.

Z-28 will be LS3.

SS hopefully the LS9 (hence the extra cost) If it's just a hopped up LS3 i'm not biting, not for that jump in price.

eh even if it is a LS9 in the SS, i'de still buy the Z28 with LS3 and put a D1SC to it. One of the sponsors already made over 600rwhp in a LS3 vette

I read in MT that the base V8 for the C7 Vette will be 4.7L.

Maybe the SS will use the LS8. The Z28 sounds good to me for $27999. It would be fine with an LS3 for that money.

im guessing that the 27k is for a stripped down Z28, versus an SS probably has some standard options. just a guess.
