I was doing about 125 heading south on the 5 a week or two ago, in the z28. Slammed on the brakes just before the boarder checkpoint (between the Christianitos and Los Pulgas exit) when I saw a real cop (not the green boarder patrol cars). Nearly **** myself, thought I was going to jail for sure. He must have been looking the other way.
I have had her up to 130+ before, but I usally chicken out and slow down cause I don't feel like paying a HUGE ticket or going to jail.
Took my dad's Cadiliac Sedan Daville up to about 135 till I chickened out on the 88 W in Illinois, several years ago. That thing did not even feel like it was on the road. I was honestly afraid I was going to lose control in that thing. Go Northstar go!

In my old Silver Z-28. Actually got a ticket for 140+ about two years ago in that car. In the SS i have barely made it up to ~135 I'm trying to replace everything in the suspension/tires/brakes before i try that. I don't trust the owner before me enough to risk it.
