How are those clamps holding up? I went with band clamps b/c those leaked like the Titanic for me.

wow, i really want to do my motor mounts also! did u have to remove the A/C compressor? is there any other tips u can giv me be 4 i do mine? thanks

Take a look at the stock y-pipe, towards the end where it connects to the cat on the drivers side, right about where it transitions from bent flat to a circle is the location where the cat will be able to tuck up without rubbing.
Also check where the ORY pipe is bent, just before that will be the location. When you are under the car prefitting and measuring, you should be able to see where the cat fits.

You don't have to remove the AC comp to do the motor mounts.

thanks 4 the info man, ill see how mine turns out! btw i just noticed the brake fluid resoirvoir, is that thing burned or something? lol did it catch on fire?

nice! im sure it sounds waaaay better! I also like how you ripped out the EGR but left a piece hanging in there off the manifold, lol.

So what are you guys doing about emissions? Just switching out every 2 years or do you know someone? Thats the only reason I got shortys, but id love to get longtubes...

Don't get into the modding business untill you find a smog hookup.

thanks for the info on the headers btw, i got it all done with some poly motor mounts, there was alot of room to work with for the mounts since the manifolds out. the motor barely moves now and the LT's sound badass
