They usually don't get down on hand and knees looking for a drive shaft safety loop, if they ask just say yes and don't hesitate.

But before the special pricing you need to buy a tamale (the green ones)for 25 cents and save the receipt cuz it has the number of the buddy on the bottom. Call it and ask for Felipe Fernandez....

This may have already been asked at some point but will a DOT approved helmet for off road(dirtbike) be ok to use at Fontana? What rules are they strict about at Fontana?

I know Irwindale has alot of rules but they dont enforce many of them that I have seen.Just want to be sure so I can be ready. Thanks!

I don't think so. I do remember them (Tech) hastling someone for their helmet. I think they are looking for snell #'s M2000 or better.

Now Irwindale wouldn't let me run with my cut outs open, but the last 2 times at Fontana they did. Go figure.
I'v e got another year or 2 left with my helmet before I have to replace it. i have a M2000.

Hmmm, well that sucks...not sure if il have the cash to buy another helmet. I think Irwindale lets guys run with dirtbike helmets as long as they are full face.Anyone know for sure about Fontana?
