how do i remove engine oil filler neck??

i have been try to take it off, while the valve covers are off. it seems pretty loose inside but i cant get it to turn! does anybody kno how to remove it??

pretty sure you just turn it and it would come off. if not do you have a hammer nearby?

take off the valve cover and there are little plastic tabs on the inside that you have to lift up with a pic to turn and then turn it counter clockwise.
