HOA dispute
http://www.parkingenforcementforum.c...ee67662e2af69f
great read everyone check this out!
cliff notes -
HOA hires a 3rd party to have parking passes issued and give a boot *140 dollar fine* if they violate
Audi gets boot
removed the boot legally and puts car in garage
large dispute
3rd party goes crazy and boot every car they can and order the fines paid
huge legal debate

i hate my hoa. they changed security companies and happened to hire one that actually enforced parking tickets. after two years of parking my work truck with no problem i can no longer do so. street park it outside of the gates or get it towed. $144 a month for a pool, gym and nice landscape.....ive been ripped...

i'd never live under a bullshit hoa.
usually in poorly constructed tract housing areas anyway. i'd rather pay out the *** for rent and forgo tax breaks for owning property than end up supporting a bullshit hoa.

LOL! I've got a fab shop in my garage. I'd leave my truck parked out there so I could go out and plasma some scrap steel off the wheel every once in a while. Hell, hopefully they start making the boots out of copper!!! Prove I removed or damaged it bitches. They must have been stolen... I just got in my truck and drove to work like everyday... Nothing unusual. LOL!

Yup. In AZ an HOA can place a contractor's lein against your property for unpaid dues and/or fines... As can pretty much any contractor you have perform work on the property and don't pay.
