Not necessarily..Depends on how much power you have..My car in particular needs the good 60ft to run a good ET because I don't have a lot of power..I run a 4000 stall to maximize my power..a car with more power can run a hell of a lot lower stall....to each his own..I beat a Cobra with 500+ rwhp 3 out of 5 runs because he was missing shifts trying to catch up to me..from a roll he would destroy me, but I do most of my racing on the strip oh yeah, I have 335rwhp

a4 for the track would deffinatly be easier. but for me, shifting gears never gets old. it may not be as fast but i think its more fun. and it gives my left foot something to do so it doesnt fall asleep.

I voted M6, but in reality, if a beefy A6 was built. Id consider it superior over any of these choices and Id actually like to have one... But I still would always love a manual. and then Id alternate daily...
