Did this just start after your converter was installed?
Anytime you install a aftermarket converter you want to have your tuner bump the idle from 550 to about 750RPM and play with the idle airflow settings... The smaller diameter converter will cause to car to surge due to less rotating resistance and the stock tune cannot compensate. My tuner did it for free when I had my converter installed as well as adjust the shift points so your not tagging the limiter on the 1-2 and 2-3 shift...

If it's not a converter tune issue I'd look for some way unmetered air is entering the intake path.... loose egr oring, bellows not all the way on, throttle body not fastened, etc
Whatever you used to clean the MAF might be messing with the car as well

he tuned it when the verter was installed and said he adjusted the idle. maybe ill go back over there and have him check the tune out. he also did the shift points and line pressure. the car feels awesome its just when you come to a stop it wants to die every now and then,
