Wrong. I know of a few people that average over 24 including street and highway driving. Hell I get 25ish highway with 3.73s and an A4 then just a little under 20 on the street with a 4k stall. Averaged to about 21-22

All cars are different..the MPG were off way back when & they inflated the numbers..I don't think they put any drag on the car at all, it just sat there on a dyno & that's how they came up with the mileage...

They didn't even do that. They estimate it based off of weight and engine size. They don't actually test the cars at all.

Got my original with the car. Previous owner was 1st owner and even saved all SLP paperwork/pamphlets and build sheet.

when i didn't have my hpp3 tune, i used to get great mileage, in stock form the ls1 gives great mileage for a muscle imo

looking at the MPG calculator, it doesnt account for the cars options. my car came with 2.73 gears and steel drive shaft in the "freeway economy package". not saying that the window sticker is accurate, but on that site that gives mpg it only has one listing for auto and one for manual.

I get 23-24 mpg on mixed freeway/local driving. it might be askew because of my modifications, but cant be that far off new.

I got my WS6 convertible sticker a week ago, had it laminated even had them send me a spare one it was only a little extra for the second one.

thanks Luis. It looks pretty close to what i just got, except the chevy logo is a little different, and yours has a red stripe across the bottom and mine is blue.

hmm only a $4k difference between a Z28 and SS?
