Default XBOX 360 problem.
Just tried to get it to Play COD4 it froze on me, i turned it off, turned it back on and it gave me a Red Ring. now nothing. WTF do i do now?

make sure all the plugs are in right. or reset the system.

You never heard of the RED RING OF DEATH?? THats a well known problem. Time to send it in.

Don't need one. Call Microsoft up and see how the warranty for your unit is. If its under warranty they send you a box with prepaid postage and you send it back to them. Takes about 3 weeks total to complete. Microsoft customer service is terrible... so good luck with them.

wonderful..... that was mainly my DVD player.

My son has alot of experience with red rings. Basically what you do is take some towels and cover the 360 completely kinda overheats it and it should work for awhile.

it will work if u dont have warranty its 100 bucks but u also get an extra year of warranty when mine is almost out its gonna "break again".

dude thats the ring of death, and you probably put an early end to it by using it as your dvd player, this time around just go get a 40 dollar dvd from best buy, best part is you can play burned movies.

btw gta 4 is better

try unpluging everything out of the back let it sit that way for 5 mins and plug everything in and turn it back on. My org one took a crap last year and the one i have no gets the ring every once in a while playing cod4, but i just do what i said above and it goes away
