Default Which Speed champ to choose.....

2008 Custom R1

Or

Ducati 999R or 1098S

the Links are both for 2008's but the 999 would be a 2006

I love how the second ad says both "NEVER BEEN RACED" and "DROPPED A SPROKET IN THE FRONT, REALLY HELPS THE BIKE OFF THE LINE".

Like I put gears in my car because it felt slow from 0-25mph.

And the first ad regarding the nitro kit, c'mon, get real.

Sorry, wish I could contribute to the thread in regards to your decision.

I think the new headlight assembly on the R1 looks like junk, so in this case a 999.

not only that its been proven that most used bikes had been stolen or are still hot and you have no idea lol. 1/3 motorcycles get stolen in the state of ca, about 6 of my buddys had their stolen at one point in time. some still making payments on a bike long long gone. either turned into a stunt bike, a track bike or parted out and sold over ebay, busa's are the most common stolen of the sport bikes.

R1.... the valve adjustments at the Ducati dealership that are required every 3k miles IIRC is almost $1500. The maintenance is ridiculously expensive.

They are both used, the 1098S is a 2008 and the R1 is a 2008. And the Cost to Get a Full maintenance on any bike is ridiculous. Well a lot of the dealers selling new bikes with lojac
