Spanked 2005 M3! Well I was going to the gym when I was going up on this uphill by my house. Its about a 3/4 straight. It was empty when in the rear-view I spot a sporty little beamer. He starts coming up pretty quick. Instead of shifting I ride 3rd until he gets to my door when we both punch it, im right at around 3700RPMs and hit the Sweet torque Spot. Rip him about 2 cars right away. We get to the next light and its two older asians in a Vert M3! Beautiful car I tell them. All he said was, "Mon Dat tin is Vary Fost and Loud! I like it!" I tell him thanks and he tells me to launch to see if he can keep up. He got me on the launch and after the top of 2nd I was about a car ahead and RUNNING from him.
Gives me a thumbs up and we shut up down and go our own ways.

ya i don't **** on peoples kill threads. Anything is possible. Back when i had my 89 GTA (305 5 speed), I kept up with an LS1 on the freeway. I knew it would never happen again, but it happened.

lol wow that ^^ yea i thought it was gonna be faster then me, i started like 2-3 cars behind him when he gunned it, i was even chirpping at 30mph with traction on and even between gears. i shifted into 3rd when i was dead even with him and then i just passed him like cake

its a 03-04 mustang cobra with a smaller pulley to make more boost 
but to make a short story long 
he crept to me in the freeway and floored it right at my passenger side window (where my lil sis was) she got pissed because that whine was LOUD and the she told me to chase him.. once I safely pull up next to him. I drop it to 3rd(60mph) and we both hit it and I creep away by half a car to < 100. he pulls up again and we gave 
He hits it again but hesitated for about 2 seconds cuz I see traffic up ahead. and when I finally hit hes 3+ cars and kept on pulling bus lengths til I caught him up about 2miles down through an exit.... he said he had a ??? size pulley with supporting mods and with a conservative tune of 500whp...(im sure he probably meant he was at 500 without the consevative tune.)
he also ddnt want to run from a dig cuz he had kuhmos

Should have seen the roll on I had with one the night I finished my H/C, he was so pissed he lost he cut me off and 4 other lanes of traffic to get off at the next exit.....
I hear the new m3's arent bad though. When I say I hear, I mean I heard one bounce the rev limiter shifting and I think it's over 8k rpms.. Sounded like a bat moving pretty quickly out of hell! I liked it.

I had a white one try to run me on the 118 (westbound) on Sunday night after work. He took off a few times and played ricer bob through traffic. So i didn't give chase, but i did speed up a bit to watch him both times and I wasn't really impressed with the overall acceleration rate. I looked similar to that of a bone stock evo 8.
Why is it BOTH times i had the opportunity to run a new M3, they BOTH wanted to play the ricer bob routine and make a slalom course out of the traffic on the freeway? Buncha douchbags if you ask me.
