NBM SS in Long Beach off Atlantic. Looked/Sounded like it had LM exhaust(Not sure 1 or 2, it was the quieter of the two), dirty car, but that NBM paint still shined great. Other than a paint chip on the rear, and the wheels from what I could tell were nastier looking aftermarket wheels, car looked great and clean. Plate was something like CHEVLS1 I was in a rush home so I didn't see much else of it.
