WTB/WTT: OEM Headunit

So I found out my 1999 CD player OEM headunit (Firebird) is about 3 months too old to work with a factory CD changer. Anybody want to take my non-CD changer headunit in exchange for their 2000+ Delco HU? I [think I] can switch out the faceplates so you get to keep the condition/look of your current headunit. I just need the guts so I can get this thing working.

My '99 headunit works just fine and is interchangeable with all F-body Delco units (including Monsoon) between 93 and 02, just CD changer support on CD models started with the 2000 model year and some "late" '99's. Unfortunately I found out October '99 isn't new enough... It works perfectly as a Monsoon replacement - what makes a Monsoon special is the amp...

Willing to either buy or trade plus a little cash ($40?)... Let me know what you got...

I think I have a HU out of a 2001 Sonoma somewhere. It looks identical to the HU in a Fbody, no idea if that would work though.

Yep if it looks identical and its made in 2000-2005 it should work.

you can buy mine it's cd, it's from a 2000 camaro.

That's fine, if it looks the same (equalizer) and has the same ports in the back. I'll want to test it out before I buy it though...

Jason couldn't find it... Anyone else have one that look just like the ones that came in Firebirds?? Same as a 2000+ Grand Prix/Grand AM as well...

I think I have one from an 01 camaro CD..... just come and test it.....$20- $15 picked up?
