Default Is like noone hiring?

Man I must have been calling like every department store, or grocery store in my local area to see if their hiring. And its either, "No, were not." or "Yes, we are. Youll have to apply online." Even when I fill out those online apps. I never ever get a response. Wow this blows...

ever try going for a customer service (phone/cubicle) position with any random large company?
those places are always hiring.

otherwise, register with a temp agency (or two). they'll at least give you manual labor jobs here and there.

ive been trying to get some freelance drafting work, but no one wants any remodels, or addtions done. Ive been callin contractors left and right in the yellow pages. It seems like every place is super slow and not willing to give out work. I need money..

It couldn't hurt. I'm active duty and I've still been considering working there in my off time.

Fast food is one industry that will never go out of business in America.

Haven't you noticed the slumping economy? Kinda hard for business' to pay/hire extra people when there is a lack of funds/business.

I would try a food manufacture company, they are booming w/ business right now. Alotta people are are eating at home now cuz money is tight. They are the only one's who have seen a jump in sales.

I know how it feels, I need a part time myself.....I recently got my Certificate to Bartend.....but no one wants to hire a non-experienced bartender, eventhough you took classes
