Wow! Congratulations are in order for obtaining such high mileage on your LS1. It is encouraging for all of us. Now the bad part. How can you sell it for decent money? In my opinion, you can't, even with full documention of maintenance. It would be a gamble for someone to pick up at even $5,000-$6,000. I would never do it when there are so many low mileage examples for sale everywhere. The fact that it is a vert is working in your favor since there are so few made, but still it may not be enough to get more $$$. Good luck with the sale!
