Default 98 Trans Am - heavily modded

Ok, this car is not up for sale yet, but I have been playing around with the idea. Click on "my garage" to get pictures.

Not interested in offers yet but here is a quick run-down:

1) 408 built by Erik Koenig, engine has been started, but 0 miles on motor. Sounds excellent and throttle response is excellent. Car is anticipated to run 10.80's-10.70's all motor, pump gas.

2) AFR 225 heads

3) FAST 90/90

4) BMR everything including brand new BMR k-member

5) QA1's all around.

6) TH400 transmission, Yank Eliminator 4000 converter, trans brake

7) KTRE 12 bolt rear end. Has been flawless.

8) Bogarts/Hoosiers

The car has only 20k miles on the chassis, zero miles on the new motor.

I am about 95% finished reassembling the car, but feeling kinda burned out and the wife is interested in upgrading our house. Hence, vehicle might go up for sale (but might not, depending on what I can get for it).

This car is very streetable and fun to drive on the street. Its run a best of 11.17 @ 123 mph on the old motor, but I can tell you right now this new motor is much nastier than the old one. The rings are gapped for a 200 shot of nitrous, but obviously, this motor hasn't been sprayed yet. This car has the potential of going 9's on spray (but hasn't yet).

How much do you think (I can) get for it?

I would say between 12-15K depending on the shape of the car but with only 20K on it I bet it's pretty nice

I might as well keep it then. I have way more than that in it. I guess I can use it to bury me in.

Thanks for the responses guys. I'm getting alittle nervous about the economy now too! My company is having layoffs next month so the new house is out. Selling the car is out because I've got too much time and $ into this thing. I still enjoy it, but the game plan now is lay low this year. I'd like to hit the track a few times, but I can tell you it ain't going to be often. Gotta save some $$.
