Lowballers
Is it just me or is everyone on this forum a lowballer when it comes to trying to buy something. People on this forum got some high dollar parts on their car but are quick to throw an insulting price offer out there. I know times are hard but wtf? I'm not tryin to talk **** or anything but just something i noticed. Has anyone else noticed this?

I will usually pay 50% of a parts cost if its used. But alot of people don't understand that they was full pop minus shipping since it was only on the car for 3K miles ect.
Sorry parts are only worth what other people will pay for them. Nothing more.

I understand the lowballing is sad, but I also think sometimes people think their stuff is worth way more than it really is. If they want to take advantage of someone and take their money they should just use ebay and get someone who doesn't know what the heck they are doing.

everyones trying to find deals well i mean you got to this day and time. while some people can offer ridiculous low amounts for high dollar new stuff others cant help it. if you want to keep lowballers out then make it specifically clear in the thread and thread title will not take any less than $???.?? i mean if you dont like someones offer dont reply to it or just be nice and say no thanks. but dont expect to sell stuff even if its new and get what you paid for it. ive been lowballed plenty of times but i understand where people are coming from because money is tight especially now hell i know first hand with a car payment, cell phone bill, tuition, books, and soon to be mortgage-im out to get the best deals i can...

If your not going to get a killer deal on used parts, why buy used? Saving less than 25% on something not worth buying used. I rather buy it new. And it doesn't matter if it only has 2 miles on it. It's still used and the seller isn't a company, supplier, speed shop, ect. They're a pirivate seller with used stuff.

Ive offered LOTS of folks what i felt was a low ball offer, but most have sold items to me for the price mentioned..... go figure. Never heard any crap from it, but im sure peoples feelings do get hurt when they try to sell stuff and dont get exactly what they want for it. Had it happen to me plenty of times as well.

Everybody wants a deal, thats why ebay was so successful. I figure your sale price should be 10% higher than you actually want. People always want some money off the asking price, thats just how it is. If its too low of an offer just tell them that and most people will offer more if they really want it.
