Yea, mileage is low, but $13K seems a bit extreme for a '96. It's a dealer too, so I don't know what kind of negotiating they will be willing to do...guess it depends on how long it has been sitting on the lot.

$13k is absolutely insane and the dealer is looking for a real sucker. If you bought that car and needed to sell it in a hurry you would be very lucky to get $7,000 for it. It is worth up to $8,000, maybe $9,000 if you just 'have to have it'. Higher than that is crazy. I sure hope it is a one or two owner with full documentation. I wouldn't even know where to start with a dealer that asks that kind of price. Maybe just give a phone number and tell them when they are serious about selling it for a fair price, then call. Also, what's with the 4-speed?? I owned a '96 Formula before this T/A I own and test drove a manual before settling on an automatic. I don't recall any 4 speeds. Makes me think the dealer doesn't have a clue about the car he is selling which makes a deal even more unlikely.

Too high! I paid less than 13K for my 97 SS about 2 yrs. ago, and it has all SLP options, and GM options. I’m not sure what shape that car is in, but mine was MINT. Also, there was only 19,100 miles on the clock when I bought it! So… but than again, maybe I got lucky. Just my two cents.
There's a shortage of the 96-97 SS's, I think there was very few made to begin with compared to the LS1's SS's, not sure so don't blast me if i'm wrong. You certainly don't see many LT1 SS's. But nonetheless it is an LT1, it's priced too high, especially for an automatic with cloth interior.
