LSX 86 Monte Carlo SS

LSX 86 Monte Carlo SS OK, so I'm looking at selling the monte carlo, and I was wondering what ya'll think. Its an 86 w/ 87 rear bumper/taillights. Specs below:
2002 lq9 with zo6 cam and headwork
4l80e transmission
midlength Headerman headers
Motor had 75k when I bought it, took it apart and replaced all the seals ect, made sure it was in good working order. Has truck accessories right now, but have the stuff to do the camaro front accesorry setup.
Grand national rearend w/ 4.11 gears (8.5)
New paint 2 months ago, not show quality, but its pretty nice.
Rims are torq lites 17x8 and 17x9 with nitto 555s on the back
New vynle (leather look alike) interior front and rear seats, new black carpet
No a/c but have a mojave heater in the car
There are probably a million other things that I don't have written but looking for a baseline. Not really trying to sell it, but would be nice to pay off some bills...any help appreciated:

nice car man me and a friend are getting ready to build a 87 monte carlo ss. We are looking at putting a lq9 or lq4 in it. What kind of problems did you run into when you did the build?
