'02 SS Camaro reborn with mods by Vengeance
Sup fellas I was wandering how much you guys are gonna make me cry by guesstimating a figure for me.
How much could I hold out for if I no rush wanted to sell a <58k miles '02 SS Camaro black/black.
Car has a heads/cam/intake combo with all supporting mods and bolt-ons. The only thing stock is the shortblock. Its making 436 RWHP on the last dyno. This is being pushed through a RPM built 4l60e equipped with a Yank 3200 stall converter. Its all fed to the back via a Moser 9" and 3.73s. Its finally to the ground on Z06 Chrome replica rims equipped with Nitto Drag radials and streets.
Its loaded down with UMI sub-frame connectors, UMI LCAs, panhard bar, torque arm. Strano front/rear sway bars, Koni shocks, Eibach lowering springs.
All in all the mods cost almost just as much as the car did when I bought it back in '06 and ALOT more than the car was worth in '09 when the mods were done. And that's before labor lol. All the mods have less than 5k miles on them and the tires/rims themselves have less than 1k so far. All the work was done by VENGEANCE RACING.

With $18,000 worth of mods, and using many of the examples listed here over the years, I would think $14,000-$14,500 would be possible for that certain buyer looking for a modded car. That's about 25% of your mods plus KBB pricing that you provided. Good place to start anyway if the car is decent. If there are issues, then that would be different. If no takers, then adjust downwards. Good luck if you sell!
