Default 2003 mustang (10thanniversary) cobra svt

as the topic says a silver very clean looking 10th anniversary cobra with only 11k miles on it. trying to figure out what i should be willing to pay for it. nothing is out of the ordinary other than it has some roll bars on the sides that were installed. price is 26k but that seems alittle pricey to me. trying to get the dealer to bring it down but would that be a going rate for this car?

Wrong car for this section but until it is removed, I will tell you that very low mileage '03-'04 Cobras go for prices in the 20's, usually $23,000+. It is rare to get one for less unless it has more mileage than the one you are looking at. An '04 recently sold for over $30k although it had even fewer miles. As usual a lot depends on mods (reduces value in some instances with very low mileage cars) and number of owners, color combo, clear title, how it was driven, paperwork, etc...

ah ok thanks. well this one def isnt stock sinc ei see a 4 point harness and sometime of rollcage. but im torn between. does the 11k miles trump the obvious addition of mods that could mean a very hard driven car.

Unless you love the mods, I would pass. Those 11,000 miles may be really hard miles which does negate the price premium in my book. I personally have seen an air-cooled 911 with a blown engine that had 3,000 miles on it. Yes, 3,000 miles. No engine can withstand constant red-lining or abuse. Be careful with the Cobra if you decide to pursue it. I sure would want to know about the prior owner.
