99 Z28 trade it or sell it.
My older son has a 99 Z28 with 120,000 miles on it and he is looking to trade it in and I didn't know if he should try to sell it himself.
The car is an auto, T tops, Light pewter metallic, Tan interior, No body damage and nice interior.
The seats were taken out of my SS with only 35,000 miles and put into this car. I have driven this car and have not seen any mechanicle issues at all.
The dealer offered 4,000.00 trade in and with today's car market would I be better off selling it myself and if so what would be a fair market value to list it for.

Most everyone seems to get at least $5,500 - $6,000 out of a halfway decent, clean title LS1 F-body. It just may take some time. If not in a rush, try selling it yourself and make at least $1,000 over a trade-in. I would say otherwise if the car had issues or needed many repairs, but you seem to indicate the car would be good for someone 'as is'. Good luck!
