98 Z28 project Looking at a 98 Z it has long tubes,full exhaust,and lowered 1.5"
but it also has 154,000 miles and the front end has be smacked but it doesn't have a salvage and i can only find a little repair,but the repair looks kind of crappy. Is it worth taking on or should I wait for the next one. He's asking around 4,000
I did drive it.Ran good and shifted good but did get a little rattle from the exhaust and the ac needs recharge but all in all o.k. Any feedback is awesome.

PASS. Needs too much. For a few grand more you can get an LS1 that will be in decent shape. Read this section a bit and see what is happening price-wise. You will find a few owners willing to take just a few grand more than what you are talking about. Good luck with your search.
