Default 2000 Trans Am WS-6 Ram Air

Found it at a dealership, wondering what a fair price to offer would be, as well as if an LS1 with this many miles is worth the risk.

180k miles
Looks all stock
Looks well taken care of. Interior/exterior/engine all look clean.
Auto

Thanks!

180k is alot of miles. I would offer about $6k. There are plenty of cars in the 8k price range with way less miles on them.

He had an ad on craigslist for 6.5k for it. I'm actually surprised you guys think I should offer even that high, I figured with that many miles it'd be more like 5-5.5k.

Thanks for the info though guys.

yeah it has alot of miles but its a ws6 no mater what and you saying how clean it was im assuming 7k would be the low asking but who knows maybe you can get it cheaper. The car is going to be worth what the buyer is willing to pay for it. Hell if you can get that thing for 6500 or cheaper i say jump on it.

You are quite right. $5,000 is top $$ as you KNOW there are problems with an 180,000 miles car. I wouldn't even consider it personally.

I wouldn't touch it without having atleast $3-4k set aside to put a new motor and trans in it as well as a bunch of suspensions parts and other little things.

$4k is a probably my limit but I could see someone paying up to $5k
