1999 cammed bolt on 1sc/1sz stripper m6 i've had a couple of people approach me about buying the car, and truth be told, i'm not sure what to ask for it.. it's a 1999 z28 1sc 1sz, hard top roll up windows. at some point someone swapped in leather seats, back seat is currently out. (looks cleaner to me) 102k miles charcoal grey interior
mods
stock 241 heads from 02
ls6 intake
pace setter ceramic long tubes
comp xer287hr cam
tony barker hardened pushrods
comp springs
zex wet nitrous kit with big solenoids currently jetted for 125
walbro 255 lph fuel pump
centerforce dual friction clutch
suncoast lt1 style ss hood
chrome off-brand zr1 wheels.
cold ac
hot heat
the not so good.
i would redo the exhaust. y-pipe is cheezy midas/muffler shop made, and the muffler is a flow master, which i don't care much for
the dash is cracked/broken (the $100 dollar snap in piece that breaks on all of them)
front bumper was painted at one point and paint is chipping, but is not very noticeable because it was silver to begin with.
turn signals don't work.
was originally an m6 car, at some point it was converted to auto, i converted it back to m6, but i have not had the ecu re flashed so, it still thinks there's an auto, and it's throwing the ses light.
one of the axle bearings is whining..
that being said, the car is my daily driver, and runs very very strong.
