Default Is this a good deal?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

I found a seller selling 4 of the stock TA chrome rims and 4 firestone tires that they say are at 100% tread for $300. I already have about 90% eagle f1 tires with aluminum stock TA rims. Is this to good of a deal to pass on that I should do it even though I already have wheels and tires?

I'm guessing you're talking about the 16" wheels?

Check the back of the wheels for chrome peeling. If none, the wheels alone are worth the $300.

Check the tires for dry rot. Assuming they were taken off the car as soon as it was bought and put back, they're old and probably worthless despite having full tread.

Excellent advice. $300 is accurate for the 16" size.

I bought a set of them for 200 with new tires... I dont run them, they are just there in case I sell my current set. Id say thats a good deal if the tires are drivable and there is no damage to the rims. If he is asking $300, he will probably negotiate some.
