whats it worth... help. 2000 dodge dakota reg cab 4x4 5.2 v8 auto 133k miles. Guys has a stack of recipts from all the maintenance and work, it drives great. Even has the original floor plastic from the factory. The interior looks great. Very well kept truck, kind of rare also.. he told me to make an offer whats fair?

I don't see how a truck like that would be "rare" and as far as a price I would look at KBB and NADA and it will probable be between those two values. Or that has been my experience, usually KBB prices low and NADA prices high.
