Default sell or part out?

I have a 2000 Trans Am Firehawk that has 167000 on the shortblock. I have rebuilt the valvetrain about 135000. The car has been my daily driver since I bought it in 2003. It is build number 478 verified with SLP and it still runs very strong. The car dynoed at 400 motor and 530 on a 150 shot. The last leak down test showed zero leak down and good compression on all cylinders. Everything is still functional A/C heater, electronice etc..
Here is the list of mods:

Crane 228/232 .600/.600 112+5
241 heads 5 angle valve job
Patriot gold dual valve springs .650 lift
Ls-7 lifters
180 degree theromstat
TSP 7.400 hardened pushrods
TSP ported LS6 oil pump
LS6 intake manifold
42lb injectors
Ported stock throttle body
SLP mass air/ smooth bellow
Air lid
NGK TR6 iridium plugs/Taylor 9mm wires
SLP 25% underdrive pulley
Built T-56 w/billet keys
Pacesetter 1 3/4 long tubes
PCV aluminum catch can
Adjustable timing chain
ARP head bolts
Torsen posi 3.73 gears and new axles
UMI non adjustable torque Arm
Lakewood LCA's
Welded sub frame connectors
Pro 5.0 short throw
Ny-trex triple threat 150 wet shot w/ custom purge.
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Sniper wideband
Nitrous cobalt pressure gauge
Harris speed works nitrous switch plate for ash tray
Borla 3" catback with offroad Y-pipe
MSD digital window switch
BMR strut tower brace
Bilstein struts (front)
EBC blind drilled slotted rotors w/hawk HPS pads.
TSP diamond stage 3 clutch with billet steel flywheel

That's all I can think of right now. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. I have most of the receipts and this car is still my daily driver. I really don't want to sell it but I have a 2 year old and possibly another on the way so I need a truck. I have changed the oil every 3000 miles religously with nothing but castrol syntec. It does need a new oil pan gasket and it has a belt squeal in cold weather on a cold start. I have owned the car since 15000 miles and I'm the second owner. I'm trying to get an idea of what you guys think its worth part out or outright sale. Thanks in advance

Honestly you'd probably get more to part it. People don't want cars with tons of mods as they "assume" they've been beat on. However tons will want a nice powerful motor that makes 400 to the wheels taken care of. If you can find a buyer for the car for a good price then take it! Just my .02

Thank you for responding to my post. It would be a Damn shame to tear this car apart but I fear you are right. Nobody is going to pay what I think is fair for a strong running bad *** Trans Am that I have bled into several times. I think I will keep the car before I tear it apart. The receipts alone add up to more than what someone wants to pay for it.

I also think its funny that people turn their nose up at 167000k on the shortblock yet it has good compression and zero leak down and a almost new upgraded valvetrain.

Thanks for the replies I appreciate yalls opinions. The blue book shows 5,000 or so and with all the mods I would want to get 10k no less. I did have a buyer 6 months ago but I was on the fence about the sale.
