99 SS with a 408 and "smog legal"

99 SS with a 408 and "smog legal" I have an Artic White SS with a 408 from TSP. Built to be visual and sniffer friendly in So Cal.
Baby cam spec'd by Patrick G, 243 heads assembled with bowl work done at Edding's. Don't remember all the the specs on the valve train other than titanium retainers but I do have all receipts and can get the info if needed.
Moser 12 bolt with 3.73s (Just checked out by Hooper's a couple of hundred miles ago)
Textralia clutch
LS6 intake with EGR
Harland Sharp rebuilt rockers
UD pulley
Remote clutch bleeder
LM1 with stock Y and shorty headers, I forget the brand of the headers
SLP motor mounts, adj torque arm and some other suspension stuff that I can't remember at the moment
Everything other than the rear was done at CMS and it put down 386 HP and 416 TQ at the wheels
The build from CMS may have 2k miles on it, the car itself has 101k
I have Hooker long tube headers and a TSP y pipe with no cats along with a set of wheels just sitting in the garage that will go with the car.
The car itself is nothing special, cloth interior and the clear on the hood is half gone
Any idea on what it is worth?
