2001 Firebird Formula
I am considering selling my 2001 Firebird Formula and was curious what i should ask for it. The car has a 6 speed manual transmission, 82k miles, pewter exterior, tan cloth interior, and is 100% stock. All maintanence is up to date. There have only been 3 previous owners including myself and the carfax report shows no accidents and a good maintanence history. I would rate both the interior and exterior as 8.5-9/10. Overall a clean, good running car with usual wear and tear for age/mileage. I also have the orginal build sheet and the car is eqiuped with the pontiac 75th aniversary package. If any more information/pictures are needed to determine the value please let me know. Thanks in advance.

You should be in the $9,000 neighborhood once all is said and done. Ask in the high $9,000 range to allow for some negotiation room. Check www.kbb.com in your zip code under 'private party' values and you will probably be close to this figure. That's what potential buyers will be looking at so you can't be too much higher than that. Being a 6 speed and stock will really appeal to buyers looking to mod a nice clean car or for those that just want to maintain the car like you and the previous owners have done. You are competing with other similar mileage cars for sale such as the two cars I posted below. These 2001 WS6 6 speeds can be had for prices in the $10,000 range (asking prices in the $11,000+ range) so your Formula needs to be lower for proper activity. GLWS!!
