I was hoping to Get $15,000-$16,000 For it. Is that realistic? If so, What should I make my asking Price to leave room for neg.?

Also, would my price still be achieveable if I took the Headers/Mid/Svede off, sold them separately and retuned the car?

I believe your price range is realistic, even more so if you do just what you suggest, getting it closer back to 'stock'. It will appeal to more buyers that way. Ask $16,900 and see if you get any nibbles. If no calls, bring it down to the point where the phone starts ringing. Fixing the few issues, if not prohibitively expensive, would also add appeal to a potential buyer. I wouldn't worry about the tires as many people will want to put on their own 'choice' anyway. GLWS!!
