Nice photos! Nice looking car. The mods are going to make it tougher to sell since it limits your buying market. A very good to excellent condition 'stock' 2002 WS6 with those miles should normally bring in the $14,000 area but with the mods it always raises questions in buyer's minds and they sometimes won't pay that kind of $$$. If selling, certainly ask in that $14k price range and see what happens. If nothing, then the price is too high.

That's about what I was thinking of asking. What's your opinion on bringing the car back to stock? I have all the stock parts except the ws6 wheels, but I can get a set if needed.

02ws6NBM - If you can return the car 'close to stock' without great effort or expense I would do it. It will open up the buyer's market to everyone, including guys over 40 and also females. I see a few young women driving T/A's every time I visit Atlanta (the Mall of GA area near Buford) so the market is there for appealing cars like yours. I wouldn't worry about the wheels too much unless you can do it for cheap and the original wheels look nice with no issues. You don't want to put on crappy wheels/tires that will hurt the sale. Hopefully after a sale you then can sell the wheels and mods for additional $$$. Best of luck whatever direction you choose.

Just info WingsFan 79 - It certainly isn't necessary to put the wheels back on BUT you want the car to appeal to a wide audience. Not all lookers or potential buyers are young nor do they want a 'staggered' set-up. I've actually read about owners taking off factory staggered set-ups (BMW Z3) to get an even 4 wheel set up so they can rotate the tires and get longer tread life. Yes, it is insane IMO, especially a factory version, but all types of owners are out there and you want the car to appeal far and wide if it won't cost too much to do. Trans Ams appeal to a very wide range of people which is a great selling point. I know an owner locally that is in his 70's with a 6 speed, plus what I posted above.
