Default fair price for my 1998 ws6?

i have a black 1998 ws6 with 6 speed and 74,000 miles...it has almost every factory option u could order..has grey leather interior thats in great cond. and 17in ws6 rims in great cond..it has a borla exhaust and a kenwood stereo system through out car, i have all the original stereo stuff to put back in..the tape player with cd changer in rear..it has a few mods like frame ties, a upgraded suspension that matches frame ties and a slp air lid..i also have a nice set of chrome torque thrust 2 rims with it also..iv taken well care of this car and iv never had it over 3500 rpms,,its always been garage kept and well maintained.i know the previous 2 owners and how well the cars been cared for...im trying to fig out what a fair price is for my car..im trying to sell it and not having much luck..i have 10,000 on it and came down to 9,500...i think its a fair price but maby im asking to much?, im not sure whats a fair price for me too sell it for?iv been thinking bout waiting till spring to sell and see what happens..i see many not as nice as mine get 10k and up maby it the market and time of year..or should i just keep for now and wait a yr or so to sell...heres pic

Nice looking ride, that's for sure. Asking $9,500 is certainly not out of line. You might have to settle for something in the $8,500 area but that is up to you and how fast you want to move it. Now that the holidays are over and the 'fiscal cliff' is history (for now), things should start picking up as Spring approaches. GLWS!
