If this is the correct car in the link, the price range should be in the $13,000 - $13,500 area. Very few are paying extra for mods on these cars unless the buyer absolutely loves what has been done to the car. If you are such a buyer, maybe pay up to $14,000, but that's about it.
If this is the wrong car, advise.
** You also said it was an SS. I think that is wrong too, and makes the price range I suggested too high. I'll wait to hear back from you before I go any further. Too many questions.

The car that I ask about is at a dealer and their asking $19,000 for it.
For the car you describe $19,000 is actually a decent price. Many dealers ask $20,000+ for F-bodies with less than 10,000 miles and they get it too. It takes time but they do get sold in most instances. Always remember to throw the price guides out with cars such as these. KBB, NADA, everybody. It is no fault of the guides because it is almost impossible to constantly gauge actual sales figures to print out with accurate pricing. Premiums are always associated with ultra low mileage cars. If this car is truly mint and showroom as you claim I would not hesitate buying it for that price. Where can you get a new SS for $19,000?? It's like turning back the clock and getting a deal on top of it. You would NOT be overpaying. These are the type cars I really keep up with on both a personal basis and auction sales like BJ, Mecum, RM, etc... Best of luck!!
I even have a letter as to were he wrote GM asking to follow this camaro through the assembly line build,Gm refused but he did keep the letter and GM's refusal letter, lol
