high mileage 2002 ws6 vert a4 Stock... 172000 miles.
Needs both door panels replaced, exterior trim panels both sides, paint job is a 7.5 of 10, black on black, top is in good condition I think.

Nada showing up around $6500 - $8500...
I offered the seller $7k and he accepted.

I just put this car up for sale. Not sure the condition comparing to what you saw, but I feel like 01-02 ws6 vert in almost any running condition is worth 6-10. These are low number cars and despite their current rarity there was only 800-1000 made per year- cant be many left, gonna definitely be collectable soon. Sadly that might make it undesirable as something to buy for most F-body shoppers but that's the car.

I sold a T-Top 01 WS6 with 115, 000 miles and a brand new paint job for $7500 THREE YEARS AGO. I wouldn't pay $7000 for this car. Yeah its not a convertible but it had far fewer miles. That cars pushing 200k miles.

Im glad you agree. My daily driver is s 2001 Trans Am convertible with 106k miles (not a WS6 but even "rarer"if you check production #s) bone stock and good condition. But $7000 would be near top dollar on my car IMHO. Yes its not a WS6 but a 70k mileage difference is huge!

I appreciate the responses fellas. I had told the seller $7k was the most I'd offer for the car and he agreed to my max offer but I researched some parts it needs and almost totaling $800 already in replacement cost. If he doesn't agree to a $6k offer, then I'll pass cus I know I'm overpaying if I pay $7k and taking his car problems along.
