Whats mine worth? 99 Pewter Trans am, 118k on the body, interior 6/10 and exterior 6/10 (trying to be fair, its still a good lookin car!)
02 LS1 w/ 50k, fly-cut pistons

It sure is refreshing to read honest appraisals (condition) of owner's cars. Thank you for that! 
I'm hoping you read through many of the posts here in this section about modded cars. They don't bring the big $$ and usually sell for typical price guide values. I have no idea what you have invested in your car and this is going to hurt. You need to look at NADA, KBB, etc... and take a look at 'private party' pricing in your zip code. Your T/A is probably going to be an $8,000 car on a real good day. That might even be too optimistic despite the newer engine. All you can do is try. Unfortunately the body and all the other components still have 6 figures on them for mileage.

kinda what i figured, i was thinking around that price but i think i could return it to as close to stock as possible and sell for 5-6k and take the heads, intake, shocks, and other bigger priced items off and sell them separate and probably make more. i dunno
