A fair price for a '99 T/A, if in 'good condition', with those miles, would be about $7,500. If there are needs or issues (repairs), then less than that. Of course you will need to ask higher than that so you can settle in that price range after negotiations. Check KBB or NADA in your zip code too. Many buyers use those guides as a point of comparison and won't pay over. I don't blame them. Price guides are rather spot on for your typical average older car. I only find them 'off' on occasion with the lower mileage excellent condition examples. GLWS!
