Question 2002 B4c Salvage title value

What do you all think of this deal? I am looking for a LS car and this is one in my area. http://medford.craigslist.org/cto/4611435937.html

Is there any proof/documentation/installed parts that prove this is a CHP B4C car? Though at 159K miles I'm not sure if that pedigree helps any. The aftermarket hood and holes in the front fascia/bumper look sort of cheesy regardless of the price. Stock hood would be better imo, especially on a B4C car. And from the photo the fit on that hood doesn't look great and the color appears mismatched. Not a car I'd go after with those kind of miles figuring that engine, suspension, rear end, etc. could need upgrading in the very near future. For just $1K to $3K more you can find a very clean & much lower miles example. DrEvyl's purple '98 Formula at $8K would have been a raving deal next to this one (see earlier post on page 1 of WIW).
