Default Gauging interest on retail value of my car

I'm not completely sure if I even want to sell it, but I am trying to gauge an asking price for my 98 trans am.
L/T headers-stainless eBay's, ORY TSP, Hooker muffler
Founders LCA with brackets, panhard bar
Founders sub frame connectors bolt in's
UMI On car adjustable TA
KYB adjustable on all four corners
Prokit springs in front, BMR in rear
Brand new factory ac compressor shop installed with maintenance during install on various parts
93000 miles
OE wheels 17" wrapped in Nitto's
Interior in good shape minus dash pad cracks

Hood has minor clear peeling in two spots
Couple minor dents a paintless dent repair could take out
Passenger side was keyed a long time ago, buffing and polishing definitely lessened the severity of how bad it looked

Over all a great car, I am the second owner for the past 8 years.
I am interested in something a little more comfortable to drive the older I get so I'm curious on what a fair asking price for this would be if you all experts don't mind!

Some other very nice looking '98 TA's with similar mileage have come through here in the past year or so and ended up selling in the $8K range. Those vehicles were freshly maintained with multiple upgrades, nice cosmetics, and typically an M6. Don't know what trans yours has but would figure it closer to $6K due to the paint/body/dash issues.

Since you are curious about an asking price, definitely start high as you can always reduce your price if there is no activity. $8,000 would not scare anyone away from making an offer. It's up to you what you would let it go for.
Just be aware you have only about two months left in the 'selling' season before the dreaded holiday season starts when selling cars is quite slow. GLWS!!
