Default 2 completed/sold WS6 M6 listings on Ebay

Was poking around Ebay for current/completed/sold listings on M6 Chevy/Pontiacs. Was surprised at how few Pontiac M6's, especially verts, were showing up. Saw some good deals in the Chevy cars, but can't say the same in the Pontiac. Below are the only 2 "sold" listings for Pontiac M6's with under 75K miles. There were 19 Chevy's meeting those requirements....quite a differential.

1998 WS6 black M6 27K miles - 1 owner (called a modified WS7) at $17K.
2002 WS6 SOM M6 39K miles - 3 owners - B/O accepted under $14,500.

The 1998 is heavily modified for show duty right down to the chrome in the engine bay. It's actually a strong price imo as pure stock car with that miles might only bring $15K-$16K. No doubt the owner must have $40K or more put into it. The SOM is not a bad price as pristine M6's with 20K miles have fetched up to $20K in the last 2 yrs. This one has a few warts...maybe $2K worth overall. There were only 2 bidders on the 1998 above the $11,800 level.

The photos where that black 1998 WS6 were taken looks like the park in northern Rhode Island where the RI All-Chevy show is often held. I attended that show with my SS back in May 2012.

A couple well bought M6 Chevy's here. A 2000 vert with 27K miles for $9700. And a 2000 Z28 coupe M6 with 60K miles for $5400. Might be some warts there. But darn cheap for a driving M6 with lower miles. Every once in a while, stuff does slip by cheap.

I have not followed as much as I used to but I feel like I have seen a lot less of the "mid mileage" WS6 examples in the $10 to 12k range....before I bought my GTO I was evaluating I had a lot of consideration for the 01 and 02 WS6 cars but felt like there were quite a few good examples of lower mileage WS6 cars and the price had not fluctuated much since 2009...

The last few months the market has seemed to dry up and the ones I am seeing are fairly overpriced...somewhat concerns me as I was hoping to buy one in a year or two to add with the gto
