When you want to know what a car's worth, it's best to provide pictures of the vehicle in question. Interior, engine bay, body, undercarriage, and wheel / tire close up images will all go a long way towards deciding whether or not your car is worth 6k or 14k. The region you are in also plays a key role in price assessment. In Texas, you can pick up F-Bodies in excellent condition for 10k all day long. In other parts of the country, those same cars might be valued at 14 or 15k.

Lastly, your mods are pretty much meaningless. You never recoup your costs in those. If anything, mods can give the impression that the car was beat on. The quality of the installation, or whether or not the mod is even installed can often come into question. Anything internal to the engine is hard to verify. There are some mods that an individual buyer may value somewhat, but generally those are the ones that everyone does where the quality of the installation can be readily seen during inspection. Even then, I'd expect to take a loss on those mods as well. Lastly, receipts and documentation will go a long way towards getting more out of those mods.

I don't have photos because it's for sale by someone else. The additional information that I know is that it was tuned by slowhawk who is a reputable person in the ls1 world. The car is low 11s and has been raced. The car is in New Hampshire and asking price is 6500. Hope this helps.

$6K is a fair price for under 100K miles, fast upgrades, and 11's. Even if bone stock at 98K miles and clean it would still run about $6K. If the paint and interior are trashed, that could drop it $1K or more. Looks like they did everything but rear end and suspension.
