I found a bone stock early 2000s Chevrolet Caprice by accident in a street in Dakar, Senegal. It's the same car as the Holden Statesman WH, but the left hand drive export version is called Chevrolet Caprice, it has a LS1 with 300 hp. I maybe want to try to find the owner and buy it, it's a nice fast car. How much would it be worth? It's really dusty, paint isnt new anymore and it's under a pile of trash, it appears that the owner doesn't care about it anymore.

 

Been looking at these myself stateside they are selling at auction from police departments called caprice ppv's for $4K to $6K depending on mileage and condition. (Note they come off police duty between 80K and 120K on the odometer).
