Hello all,

Looking to get a gauge as to what my 1998 Firebird is worth as a parts car. It hasent been driven in 3 years and has been on my driveway under a cover. Since then the calipers have locked up and the brake line ruptured. Otherwise the engine and everything else still functions as it should. There are 120,000 miles on the car. In your opinions:

1) how will I get the most out of the car, Sell it as a parts car or part it out myself
2) what should I ask for the vehicle as a whole, or what are the parts themselves worth if I broke the car down.

In my area, That would be a $400-$600 car. Parting one out isn't really worth doing most of the time, By the time you deal with all the people who ask a million questions and then never show up when they say they will. I would list is as parts of repair at a higher price than you think you'll get and see if anyone bites.
