Default Valuation to sell - 1998 LS1/T56 Camaro, 2nd owner 152k miles in Michigan.

Hi all, new here but have been posting over on Grassroots Mortorsports Forum for some years! I am looking for appropriate value on a Camaro. I bought it as a project, got it driving and it's fun, but I found the right project Datsun that I had been looking for for years - so this one has to go. It has some rust but nothing terrible. I will see if I can link the spreadsheet (dating back to 98) here. Car has some issues but it is a strong-running LS1/T56, even if it's the least desirable year
ANy help in valuation would be great. Thanks!

April 2021 I bought this Camaro from the Original Owner, it had been undriven (basically) for several years, but he cared enough to start/run it monthly at least.

Posting here, my 1998 Z28 LS1/T56 Camaro! I bought it from the Original Owner in early 2021, and just haven't put all that many miles on it (1000 or less). I have picked up my dream car as well, which needs time/money/attention that I no longer want to devote to this Camaro. I have a spreadsheet from the Original owner dating to 1998 showing maintenance/updates done. It's in good shape on the whole, but shows its years in some places. Clearcoat peeling in several places, cloudy headlights, reverse lens cracked out.. Runs/drives great! Not looking for trades.

Clean title in hand. PO had replaced numerous parts: Dampers Front sway bar Clutch (at 148k Miles) Skip shift eliminated (recently started showing CEL for this) Much more.

I have replaced: Coolant level sensor
Hatch Struts
PCV hose
Battery (9/14 week)
All Fuel hard lines / fuel filter
All Brake Hard Lines / Soft lines
B&M shifter/jegs white ball ****

New parts with car (uninstalled): ACDelco Battery cables
Rubber bump stops for the rear

Currently it's on 2 C5 wagon wheels with older RE71r's up Front, and 2 C4 ZR1 5-spoke reps in the rear with brand new Falken RT61k5+ on them. I do have the other 2 tires, but got burned on the wheel purchase so 1 is mounted on a cracked rim and the other is unmounted. I also have a set of Continental winter tires on C5 wagon wheels if buyer wants them.

The main concern at the moment is that the ABS block likely got air in it during line replacement, and so ABS and TC are disabled. I believe a Tech-II is needed to go in and cycle the ABS/purge air to gain functionality back on those systems. Or roll without them, as I have. Other issue is AC compressor likely needs replaced. The system is intact/was allegedly working, but the compressor clutch seems to have collapsed in, and the pulley rubs the block, so the belt is removed. Pictures are from today - car is not washed

Other details: 3.42 locking rear end
Window motors drilled/bolted already
T-Top shades still present
Driver's side mirror needs replaced

Car is what I'd call a #5, needs multiple major repairs & restoration so ~$2,000 to $2,500 would reasonable given miles, rust starting, paint issues, ABS/TC inoperative, AC repair needed, mismatched wheels and split rear seat back etc.

As a parts car, ~$$3,500 to $4,000 for LS1/T56, accessories, wiring, PCM. $500 for rear end, $100 drive shaft, $1,000 for the roller that's left so ~$5,000 parted out.
