I kno 3rd gens don't hold much value, just wanted a little feedback...Its an 87 Z28 thats freshly painted high performance white(bright) with performance red stripes that have 1/4" pinstripes on the outside of each stripe. It has NO body issues, rust, etc. T-tops(don't leak). Its a 305TPI car with a 700r4 tranny that has a vette servo, transgo shift kit, larger boost valve, and high tension bands. Its got Richmond 4:10's and an Auburn Full Posi Differential, Shorty Headers, 15x8 Cragar SS's, 245/50/15 BFGoodrich's, tinted windows, smoked head and taillights....It also has 2.50'' Flowmaster Exhaust and a pioneer stereo with Sony Xplod Speakers...The car is FULLY Documented, i'm the 2nd owner and it has every single receipt along with a slip of paper that lists the miles(at the time) on the odometer as 8. I also have the original owners manual, window stickers, electrical diagnosis book and shop manual f/ GM. Car has 120,000 on it..thanx ahead for any replies..sorry for the long post

Sounds a lot like a car I use to have, cept mine was a 1992 heritage with the '91-'92 GFX, 16" z28 wheels, and 5-speed. It had 125k miles and I am kicking myself for selling it for $4,500 because of the history behind it. With these cars if you want to get close to the money you have in it back out of it you have to find the right buyer. Most people would laugh at a $4,000 asking price and some people would be happy to pay $5,000, just depends. Got any pictures?

I've got a lot of pictures, but i don't know how or where to post them...I have a friend with a 91 Z28 in great shape with a freshly rebuilt 305 and he's been tryin to sell it for $2800 for almost a year now. So i figure anything over 3 grand would be a laugh, but his is stock, doesn't look/run/sound as good as mine tho...my little 305 chirps tires into 3rd easily and i'm reasonably proud of it for what it is....but i think for me (16 yrs old 1st car) to get rid of it it would take something completely unreal like $7000 which i kno is not gonna happen i really love the car
