Just an update for anyone interested. I took a shot at polishing them and it just wasn't working. Talked to Steve at SJM and sent them to him. I just got them back today, they look amazing!!!!!!! Great guy and company to deal with.

D@MN!!! Those things look brand new out of the box, my bogarts still look good but I wonder if they could get my TT2's to look like that, if you don't mind me asking how much did that run you?

What polish is safe to use on Bogarts? Can I buy any aluminum polish and be good to go? One of my Bogart front runners looks like it has some minor corrosion from salt at a couple of spots.

You can use just about any product that is designed for billet aluminum. Polish is important, but the other part of the equation is the actual buffing pads and motor used to buff them. Use a high-quality pad and do not mix pads with different compounds. Eastwood has a good selection of products. Autosol is works well, mothers billet is another...there's quite a few out there. Use a good quality pad(s).

Make sure you keep a good coat of wax on the wheels to help maintain luster and ease of cleaning.

It is all about the tools you use. I bought the Eastwood kit and granted my rims were macked up, but I just didn't have the right tools to clean them.
