I know this is someones car on here....but I just want to know if these are 18s or 19s? Thanks.

K, thanks guys. Bad-*** indeed. I'm thinking a 19" set in black would look pretty nifty.

How would getting 19s effect my car? Anything significant?

Yes, they would make it look significantly better! Go for it. But a mild drop is a must with 19s...really even 18s, but a must with 19s.
